A 10,000-square-foot residence, originally designed by notable architects Fleetwood & McMullan, was a rewarding renovation with the goal of revitalizing the existing estate. A collective team of talented trades gathered to deliver an unremarkable masterpiece. Interior design by Allison Babcock Design led to sought-after photography showcasing the delicately curated vignettes by Babcock's team. Landscape architecture, design, and installation was a combined effort of Ed Hollander of Hollander Design and Groundworks Landscaping. The outdoor experience continued beyond the landscape to a new pool and spa by Tortorella, along with a state-of-the-art HarTru tennis court by Orange County Tennis. The relationship between the team of talented contractors, AlumaScape, and the clients is one that continues to stand strong after several stages of interior and exterior work—a rewarding partnership far beyond a client and builder transaction. The pool house, the outdoor living spaces, the attention to every detail—are all reflected when client and builder commit to seeing something through a team.
